All submissions are free to me in perpetuity; No illegal submissions; you agree you have the legal right of ownership of the submission and further to hold me harmless for any damages arising from any legal action alleging otherwise; I reserve the right to decline any submission for any reason.

Listen to hard-to-find tunes (the whole mp3 version) with one click. Rock, Blues, not much rap or hip-hop. Art, photography, literature, chess, anything else I feel like blogging. The material and archives I post are not for profit, but primarily to promote artists I personally enjoy who are either deceased or whose work is not currently widely circulated. The songs are primarily archived from material I have shared, purchased, or otherwise legitimately obtained. The artwork and writing is primarily material by me or by friends and family. Any registered copyright owners who feel a given post infringes on their rights and does not constitute "fair use" or any of the other exceptions to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 should preferably contact me directly to request a takedown.
