The material and archives I post are not for profit, but primarily to promote artists I personally enjoy who are either deceased or whose work is not currently widely circulated. The songs are primarily archived from material I have shared, purchased, or otherwise legitimately obtained. The artwork and writing is primarily material by me or by friends and family. Any registered copyright owners who feel a given post infringes on their rights and does not constitute "fair use" or any of the other exceptions to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 should preferably contact me directly to request a takedown.
